With Poolrite's new ENDUROChlor salt chlorinator comes efficiency and economy as mesh is replaced by a solid plate for (rock-solid) improved performance.  The process is simple, ordinary salt is added to the pool water to obtain a salt level of approximately .5% (sea salt water is approximately 3.5%).  This salt water passes through the electrolytic cell and is electrolizysed producing Sodium Hypochlorite (Liquid Pool Chlorine) which purifies the water and then returns to salt as it does so.  In a self-cleaning unit the ENDUROChlor salt chlorinator gives you better chlorine production and greater energy efficiency.
